A non-fungible token (NFT) is a unit of data stored on a digital ledger, called a blockchain, that certifies a digital asset to be unique and therefore not interchangeable. NFTs can be used to represent items such as photos, videos, audio, and other types of digital files.In FWENCLUB, NFT refers to the unique ownership of a digital asset on the one hand.It also serves as digital certificates of ownership for physical collectibles in a trading card form. 

Simply create a FWEN Wallet then you are part of our community. FWEN Wallet provides you the way to purchase our physical collectibles and storing the NFT authenticate to your wallet securely on Solana blockchain. FWEN Wallet provides you with a simplest way to start collecting NFTs. It enables you to buy, store and send tokens. Manage your NFTs in FWEN Wallet and show off to your fellas!

We extend the benefits of blockchain technology to the physical world. FWEN Tag bridges up NFC and NFT technology, taking the purchasing experience to the next level. With the use of an encrypted NFC chip embedded in the collectible, we allow anyone to verify the provenance of the asset with just the tap of a smartphone. Each NFC Chip is paired with a unique NFT ID which you can verify with the data on Solana blockchain. Each NFT corresponds to one unique item and stores redacted information on digital ownership, ID serial numbers, item descriptions, and other product information. FWEN Tag is as crucial as the collectible itself, make sure it is attached when you receive the product.

When it comes to physical collectibles trading, every single item is accompanied with an NFT. It helps users to verify the collectible and prove your ownership. When you receive the physical product, download FWENCLUB App and scan on the FWEN Tag, to verify and claim your ownership. Then a Digital Certificate is in your FWEN Wallet! FWENCLUB would only acknowledge the authenticity of collectibles with Digital Certificates.

FWENCLUB App allows you to scan on FWEN Tag, hence you can authenticate and claim your ownership.

It will be available on the App Store and Google Play. We will announce when it can be downloaded.

• You own the NFT that represents the artwork on the blockchain.
• You can display and share the piece.
• You can exhibit the piece on any platform or in any virtual space. 
• You can transfer its ownership through FWEN Wallet.

• You can’t claim legal ownership, copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights.
• You can’t use the artwork in a commercial context.
• You can’t make any changes to the artwork.
• You can’t share the work in a hateful, cruel, or intolerant context.
• You can’t create additional NFTs that represent the same artwork.

We accept PayPal, credit card payment currently and plan to accept Cryptocurrency later.

You will be able to use Coinbase, Phantom and Sollet wallet to checkout when Cryptocurrency is accepted.

Per our Terms of Use, we do not issue any refunds for NFTs. There is no exception to this rule at the moment, including common requests such as accidental purchases, secondary market fluctuation, or discontent about edition numbers.

Sorry, ordered items and quantities cannot be changed or canceled once the order is confirmed. For any incorrect order due to problems with our information or system, you may contact our Customer Service Team for assistance.

Import Taxes & Duties - Import taxes, duties and related customs fees may be charged once the parcel arrives at the destination country. These charges are determined by the customs office of the specific destination.Payment of these charges and taxes is the responsibility of the recipient and will not be covered by us here at FWENCLUB. Customs & Regulations - You are responsible for checking your local postal regulations for restricted items, as we cannot be held liable for any items that are not accepted into the specific country.Foreign Transaction Fees - Foreign transaction fees may be charged once your payment transaction has been settled. These fees are determined by your bank's pricing and transaction fee policies. For further details of foreign transaction fees, please contact your bank.You bear the possible risk of loss upon delivery to your assigned address. If the recipient or collector is not the original purchaser, or in case of delivery of a gift, then you accept that the signature of the recipient or collector is evidence of due delivery and fulfilment of your order by FWENCLUB and you will release us from any and all liability with respect to the due and complete performance of your purchase order of products. You also accept the associated transfer of responsibility (including risk of loss) in the same way.*For service coverage and the exact terms of conditions of third party courier, please refer to courier service's official website.**Please note: Local delivery service is currently only available for addresses within Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (except the districts of Sha Tau Kok, Ta Kwu Ling, Man Kam To, Mai Po, Lok Ma Chau, Lo Wu, Lau Fau Shan, Tai Po Plover Cove (Include Luk Keng), Lung Kwu Tan, Sai Kung Pak Tam Chung (Include Hoi Ha Wan) Clear Water Bay (Po Toi O & Tin Hau Temple), Outlying Islands (exclude Tung Chung, Ma Wan & Discovery Bay) & Container Terminals). Remote areas and residential addresses may incur an extra cost HKD$30 and HKD$20 respectively. Extra costs may be charged directly by our delivery team in cash at the time of delivery. P.O. Boxes are not accepted for local or overseas delivery. 

If your purchase of physical collectible is being refunded under any circumstances, you are required to transfer the NFT back to us before you receive the fund. If you haven’t claimed your ownership in the wallet, you are required to provide us with additional information to prove your identity
